How to use the Day & Night Slim System:
Morning Routine:
- In the morning, at least 1 Hour BEFORE Breakfast, take 2-3 ACV Gummies and drink a full 8oz glass of water.
- Clean the area of choice to apply your Slim Patch firmly to your skin.
- Next, apply the Tummy Butter to your stomach and back. Make sure you are fully covered - you should not feel greasy to touch.
- Put on your Slim Wrap as firmly as you like. Make sure that you will be comfortable with sitting and standing from 6-8 hours.
- Grab your water bottle and fill it with 16oz of Slimming Tea.
- After drinking your Slimming Tea, fill your 1/2 Gallon of Water Bottle with water and drink it throughout the day.

Slimming Tea Preparation:
1. Gather a pitcher for your tea.
2. Get a large boiling pot.
3. Add 14 cups of water (enough for 7 days to fill your bottle with 16oz).
4. Add 5 bags of Slimming Tea to your boiling pot.
5. Bring your water to a constant boil for 10-15 minutes.
6. After boiling the tea, turn off the stove and cover the pot.
7. Let your tea seep for 15 minutes.
8. After seeping, pour your tea into your water bottles or pitcher.
9. Place your bottles or pitcher in the refrigerator.
Drink 16 oz of Slimming Tea per day
